Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
