Matcha Internship
Japan, Uji Kyoto
You will travel to Uji, Kyoto, Japan to take part in an immersive internship at Obubu Tea Farm, located in the birthplace of Japanese matcha.
During this experience, you will work directly in the tea fields, learn about matcha farming and harvesting, explore traditional processing methods, and master authentic matcha brewing techniques guided by expert tea farmers.
This internship offers a rare opportunity to experience matcha from the land to the bowl, while discovering the culture, history, and craftsmanship behind one of Japan’s most treasured traditions.
