Welcome to Machapresso website. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.machapresso.com (the "Site") and any purchases made through it. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this Site, placing an order, or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase on this Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.


3. Products & Pricing
We make every effort to display our matcha powder and accessories accurately, including descriptions, images, and pricing. However:

  • Colors and packaging may vary slightly from what's shown due to display settings or product batch.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors, even after an order has been placed, and to cancel any order affected by such an error.

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
     

4. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information.

  • Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card details.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or unavailable inventory.
     

5. Shipping & International Orders

  • We ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping times and costs vary based on destination.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carriers, or other factors outside our control.
     

6. Returns & Refunds
All returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please note that consumable products (such as opened matcha powder) are non-returnable for food safety reasons, as outlined in that policy.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and product photography — is the property of Machapresso or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct
When using this Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users' accounts

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site's functionality or security

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information when placing an order

  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the Site without permission
     

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the courts located in New Jersey, USA.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
